How much yoga can I expect on this retreat?

As much or as little as you wish! We will offer 10 x 90 minute yoga sessions. Whether you are an advanced practitioner or just a begginer your practice will change significantly during this retreat. We have time to dive deep into the asana poses, alignment and modifications. At the end of the week both your mind and body will feel amazing!

I'm thinking of coming solo, is that okay?

Yes! We have many solo yogis joining us on our retreats! You’ll meet many like minded yogis and make life long friends during your chosen retreat. The experience we offer is powerful and if you’re looking for a week of rejuvenation, connection and yoga this might just be the perfect adventure!

What time does the retreat start and finish?

Our retreats start at 6pm on Saturday  and finishes at 9am on Saturday.

If your flight time interferes with the schedule that’s totally okay, just let us know.

Can you accommodate my special diet?

We sure can! All meals included are fresh, of local produce, exquisitely prepared, health conscious and largely vegetarian with some pescatarian options.

If you do have any special dietary requirements or allergies please make sure to inform us before the retreat.
