Below are the general terms and conditions for our Retreats. Please make sure you read and understand them. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We are here to help you in any way.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ACCOMMODATION ON OUR YOGA RETREATS
Accommodation is available from 18:00 hrs on the day of start of the Retreat and till the last day of the Retreat. You will be staying in one of our accommodation units based on your indicated preferences and subject to availability. Rooms will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. We will confirm the type of room you will have before your final payment. This refers to room type as well as weather its shared or not but not to any specific room.
MEALS
You’ll be served delicious meals during our Retreats. Some Retreats have all meals included while others have most of them included in the price (please refer to the specific Retreat you are booking with us for more details). On the arrival day we often serve a welcome dinner and on the morning of the last day we’ll serve a goodbye breakfast. In Retreats where we are hosted by a third party who prepares the meals for us conditions may differ slightly.
THE PROGRAM
During the Retreat each morning will start with a meditation and you will enjoy 10 yoga classes during your Retreat.
PACKAGE COST
The package price for the entire Retreat includes the entire program tuition (yoga classes and sessions when appropriate), the use of all yoga equipment*, most meals, and accommodation for the entire duration of the Retreat. The price does not include transportation and transfers to and from the Retreat as well as travel insurances of any kind.
* Unless specified otherwise, you need to bring your own yoga mat. If you have a particular problem doing so please contact us in advance and we will try to help.
BOOKING INFORMATION
You can reserve your place at the Retreat with a non-refundable deposit of € 250,00 which is non-transferrable. We reserve the right to cancel the Retreat up to a month before its date, and if so you will be fully refunded for your deposit or fee. When we receive your application we will contact you within 48 hours. Your booking will be confirmed up to 40 days before the Retreat’s start date, at which time you will have one week to pay the balance (total package cost minus the deposit).
We accept payment by Paypal. Please ensure that we receive the full amount for your Retreat on time.
When booking you accept these conditions whether or not you sign the actual booking form.
** Early bird discount is subject to the deposit & remaining sum arriving in our bank account before the advertised due date for such discount.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that because Bodyflow Yoga Retreats are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.
The non-refundable deposit is non-refundable.
The full balance is due 40 days before start date of Retreat.
If you cancel up to 30 days prior to the Retreat’s start date you are entitled to a full refund*** on the Retreat price (excluding the non-refundable deposit). After that there is no refund. In any case the reservation deposit is non-refundable (unless of course the Retreat is cancelled by us in which case we offer full refund***).
INSURANCES
Since we cannot be liable for any accidents or injuries or damages to property which occur during your stay at one of our Retreats, we recommend that you take a travel insurance for your trip. We are not liable for any traveling delay, strikes, lost baggage or injuries, or damages of any kind. Insurances are not included in the price you pay!
OUR GUESTS (YOU)
Bodyflow Yoga Centre guests must be respectful and must not engage in offensive, illegal or immoral acts. Should this be a situation or should a guest become a nuisance to staff at Bodyflow Yoga Centre, then we reserve the right to ask a guest to leave our premises or suspend their activities if it is appropriate to do so, without any compensation.
TRANSPORTATION
Since flights, busses and car rentals are not included in the price, we recommend that you contact us for info and price about taxi and ferry tickets. If you like, we can try and help connect you with other participants who want to share taxi from airport to our venue. Please indicate so in your sign up form.
OTHER
Please check carefully all the details of your booking before you make payment; after this we cannot accept
responsibility for incorrect details.
Please make sure you are fit and in good health. In case of any concerns or doubts, or previous records of any medical conditions, make sure you contact your physician and get approval before booking the Retreat.
We are exempt from fulfilling our contractual obligations for causes that could not be anticipated and/or are beyond our control, including an act of God, act of man, act of government and other impersonal events or occurrences. That being said, we have integrity and will endeavour to provide you with the services mentioned and hopefully exceed your expectations.
We will not knowingly give your personal information to anybody else (except where required to do so by authorities). We will retain your information and from time to time we may contact you with our promotional and resort related information.
Bodyflow Yoga Retreat retains all copyright licence rights and exclusively owns all photographs and material displayed on its website. This information may not be copied or used for any other purpose.
Normal Check-In and Check-Out times are from 18:00 hrs and till 09:00 hrs respectively. Please ensure that you take all your personal belongings before you leave Bodyflow Centre premises.
